Spamming to SEOs seems to mean anything that might be considered 'black-hat' (Keyword stuffing, redirects, cloaking etc.) , but to me these seem to have no logical connection with the common usage of 'spam' or it's etymology. |

Someone (IIRC) was sending the same message over and over again, and it was compared to "spam, spam, spam" in the famous Monty Python sketch.
