For Google the syntax is site:nameofyoursite.com inurl:* and that
will show all ofthe pages you have indexed.

The suggestion Matt gave is good for most others.

as for finding all pages indexed by Google in a url, try putting "
allinurl: " then the url (excluding the http://www ) bit.
