You are are willing to do this page by page and use Firefox as your primary
(or secondary) Web browser, have a look at:

http://www.quirk.biz/searchstatus/

Status bar -> Context menu -> Show Keyword Density... -> Enter phrase -> Get
score and detailed breakdown from page analysis.

Yep - its a good one (once the google spyware is turned off!) Hopefully
they'll include alt text etc. in a later version.
Hey Davémon,

You mean Google's toolbar, which potentially 'phones home'? Use GoogleBar. It
is better than Google's own toolbar, function-wise?

Are you also thinking about these spying MeasureMap (now Google) and Urchin
(Analystics) JavaScripts (among others)? Use NoScript. And flush these
cookies every now and then. *smile*
