Yes. Register the .biz, .info & .net versions of your domain.

Yes buy them, but not from the company that called you. This is a
common scam and i get letters weekly saying "Your Domain is about to
expire" but it's not my actual domain. It is usually misspelled or
..biz or something.

My boss got caught with this and paid like $150 for a 2 year "renewal."
I thought that was awsome cuz he learned his lesson, let me handle my
dept!
