I just tried a couple of Google searches, to compare the number of pages supposedly indexed in a particular site and subdirectory... site:www.example.com/foo/ allinurl:www.example.com/foo/ The number of pages is the same. However, the "site:" command gives results which include the first bits of text on the pages. While the "allinurl:" command gives results with the text from the meta description tag. The "Cached" date is the same (about ten days ago.) Has anyone else seen this? -- Earn Money With Your Web Site http://www.WebSponsorZone.Net Web Site Advertising Directory |
