their own blog format because of the file structure, can it?

I'm not saying this is what's happened, but it could be.

On blogger.com
they explain that individual files as well as the index file is the best way
to make the blog search engine friendly.

My blog is still visible in Yahoo and MSN.

What should I do? Any chance this is only a temporary problem?

That would be my guess.

Why should Google penalise their own blog users?
