Default Question about pay per click search engines - 09-16-2006 , 11:09 PM

If you have your site on a pay per click search engine, a big one you
know like Google adwords say for three months and for three months you
get no customers how much money do you think you would loose?

avg ppc =~ ad value - tax - Google's share of the deal - fraudulent clicks
'insurance'

1. Set up Web site
2. Embed AdSense
3. Elevate traffic
4. ...
5. Google and spammers profit!

Ever done what? Please quote an appropriate amount of the message you are
replying to.

Assuming you mean paid google for clicks, then yes, for considerably more
than 3 months (more than 3 years). What do you want to know?

When you sign up for AdWords, you can set a maximum daily budget. If you
want to cap it at $30/month, just set your maximum daily budget for $1/day.

So in 3 months you might lose up to a maximum of $90 if you have a maximum
daily budget of $1/day.

If you are focusing on a very narrow niche with few searches, you may not
even reach $1/day.

If you post the URL of your site it might give an indication of how much
your keywords are going to cost. For example, if your site about "math
tutors in Tulsa, Oklahoma" you probably aren't going to spend very much
money at all. If the site is a "USA Accident Lawyer Directory" then you
are going to pay a lot of money for AdWords.

Heh-heh. That is a densely-packed and competitive market.
But, according to my Bid Browser, top whack is $0.97. Doesn't sound
right to me, but that's what it says.
