Question about Google adwords

Can you use google adwords to direct people to your Ebay listing?
Will google adwords let you sign up for an account to do this?
I have an account but I have a website.
THis person just wants to use it once to sell something, but they do not
have a website.

I doubt that VERY much. But why not ask Adwords?
