You might try Sonicbids.com, iSound.com, PureVolume.com, or SoundClick.com
They're all established sites with good reputations and PR7 ~ and
advertising on the homepage.

Because it would be a themed link back to us which counts more than a
none themed link

The site I am up dating is music related so a link back from a computer
site will count less that a link back for a music site and since we
could be looking at cost of $1000.00 + for one PR7 link a year you need
to get the most out of your spending on PR7 sites I would also prefer UK
sites but that is to convert the clicks into sales as far as the SE are
concerned its of not importance yet were the country the links comes
form I would also rather deal with sites direct rather then using 3
party's

Why I need a PR7 the site I am looking after is PR5 and I would like to
up it to 6 but I will look at none music sites
