I did an experiment. I created a page that has some simple text with a
unique keyword, not mentioned anywhere on the web. I posted that page
to my del.icio.us account. I will check in 1.5 months to see if that
keyword (and the page mentioning it) appears in the google index.

What is the experiment for? What are you trying to see with that page. If
Google will index it? Does it have links, is it a page with just that
keyword what? I don't understand what you are trying to prove or disprove.

No, see the robots.txt on the site.

Best wishes,
