my page was one of the first listed when using keywords "antique doll
shoes", until a couple of weeks ago, now my site has completely disappeared
from the listings. I did make some mega tag changes that may have caused
this. Please help.thanks.

Google shows zero backlinks, and ATW only 3. Get some sites linking to
yours!

If you are aiming for the phrase "antique doll shoes" then use that exact
phrase. Change your title tag to "Antique doll shoes, clothes and
accessories"

It is a term with little competition. With a little work you will take over
#1 again.

Gone from which listings? Bear in mind that mosty engines pretty much
ignore the meta tags.

He's asking for the cause of his site disappearing from the serps, not how
to get better PR.
He was listed and now he isn't.

This happened to me about 2 weeks ago. The remedy was patience Within 24
hours I was back again.

Hi,

Can be a number factors. Assuming it's not a temporary thing that will
resolve it self in time I'd guess the following-

You only have one external link to your site (as shown by all the web)

http://www.alltheweb.com/search?cat=...m&_sb_lang=any

The other 5 are internal, for google this isn't good (Google shows no
backlinks) and alone could be the reason Googles dropped/dropping your
site. The few pages Google has of yours has no cache, suggestion it's
either just found you or something is wrong like it doesn't consider
your pages worth indexing.

Did you used to have more links to your site that's recently been
removed? If you did this could cause the drop, having just one link is
not good (it's not an important <high PR/low number of links> page
either) and if Google changes it's algorithm your page could pop in
and out as it's on the edge of what is/isn't considered important.

To solve the problem get some links to your site. One link from an
indexed page could get you relisted. DMOZ would be a good place to
list your site, but that can take a long time to never.

Do you have a copy of the page prior to the "mega tag changes"?. If so
please let us see it. Also, have you changed the filename?
Eric.
