Page giving 403 error when using Link Valet?

I would appreciate it if someone had a look at this and
see if they can find a problem,

I have just had someone email me saying when they
put their page through Link Valet
http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/valet/
the link they have to me on their page returns a 403 error

To test this, I just created a page on another site with a link
it and this shows the same problem.
Also when actually adding the URL in to the check box
it returns a 403 (forbidden) error.
Any ideas anyone?

I get a 403 also. I used my site and it worked so I am not sure why it is
bringing the 403. Do you have your server to where it isn't suppose to be
reached by something bots or IPs?
