Well, stitches are healed now - thank goodness.

And - despite some things, I did receive some good news last week
after, coincidentally, talking to Cat. And today I receive a little
nibble of hopeful thoughts. The past week or os I have been happy
camper indeed as a result of these snippets.

Which may have it being true what they say about the number 3?

yes, that's right! I am an Artist...

my self portrait, the first painting I did, is not for sale yet
but it is entitled 'Inner Peace' - Intrigued?

my first piece of objective modern art will be on show soon
you will be able to see a picture at www.trumpet-tv.co.uk/art/
along with the works from other local artists...

you may think that mine are overpriced, but I asure you that I am
worth every penny of your investment...
Prices people will put on 'artwork' will not surprise me at all. Back
in 2000 the hubby and I went to the Three Rivers Art Festival and
someone had a series of ink drawings that were around 6 x 8 in size,
framed, and priced at around $300 on up depending upon, I guess,
'complexity'.

Now when I say these were ink drawings, I mean the Bic stickpen style
of ink. The size I am guessing at - but hte paper used was the
low-grade unruled letter writng pad of paper. The series was stickmen
climbing upside letter V's (mountains) and such. I honestly think
someone took their toddler's drawings and framed them to sell.

The person actually sold a couple, too, so I debated having my son
draw some stick figures for us to sell (but we didn't).
