An image file is included so;

<img src="whatever.jpg" height="00" width="00" alt="brief description
of the image content goes here - this is the alt text">

Depends on the program you are using for html generation.
To be honest I can't help you, as I am writing all html by
hand using notepad

Please don't top post.

Try to right click the picture and see if you can't change it
in the properties - look for "alternate text" or something like that.
But that's only wild guess.
