my home page listing is blank???

Hi there googles going all wierd again - this time the listings for my
home page (not any other page) is blank and contains no site
information (it usually displays the page title tag and dmoz
description)

any help?

Just an idea... line 70 class="nlast non"" ? Having fixed that, there is

then a missing space and / at end of line 44 <input type="hidden"
name="scat" id="scat" value="" /> still just ideas.. may have nothing to do
with the absent Google site information.

Interestingly, the full details are shown if you search for "incredible new
designer sterling silver jewellery" but with the www. missing.

The title (10 words) and description (2 words) appear reversed. I suggest
making the title the shorter of the two and making both appeal to the human
reader rather than just listings of keywords.

There is something odd about the h1. It appears in the source code but not
on the screen. There is a similar problem with missing words in the h2
Silver Jewellery Resources. Further down there is group of 9 links, again
all with missing text Silver Jewellery. Missing text could give the page a
bit of a downgrading, as it shows the search engine something different from
what appears on the screen to a visitor.

A further bit of advice: you can also get downgraded a bit if you active
link to any site that participates in a link scheme.

If you list the backlinks to your homepage there are three in the top 10
that show no information. It might be worth investigating these for
anything similar.

Hi Eric... ah yes the h1 is based on my non xmas promotions (which are
based on the banner / now showing snowflakes for this month) - all will
be back to normal in january and hopefully we'll have a new design /wip
if you want to check and an addiitonal site selling the same products
(not a mirror, but an experiment in pure ecommerce)
