meta description = up in yahoo (?)

Recently (28th of December according to the date modified) I added a "meta
description" to my Perl programmer page. I was at #13 in Yahoo, and now am
#7.

Coincidence? I am going to play a bit more :-)

(Oh, yeah, that's me on #5 as well, indirectly).

Yep, Yahoo looks at the meta description. I have mentioned it here
before.:-)

Yup. However, I had no idea that it could be that significant (at least if
that's the only reason for moving from #13 to #7). (IIRC, after about one
week I went up one, to #12)

I am now checking my ranking for a bunch of keywords, and will test to see
if I can get from page n to page n-1 for them as well.
