Hi Mark,

How about both? Mortgage, is the more competitive SERP, so it would be
easier for the plural. But, I would do both, because it wouldn't hurt.

At least you will be appear happy huh? I have a craft site and cater of
course to the female gender. I on occasion have men coming to visit. Anyway,
that is the reason. The percentage of the women love it, and of course my
Mom does also. :-)

True, but you can use one for inbound text links and the other on page.
