Not me, however I can thouroughly recommend the following mailing list
management all-in-one type thing

All my previous attempst of doing a mailing list met with dismal
failure, but the set-up and implementation of forementioned software has
been a breeze.

Can't recommend it enough.

Been catching some of big bruvver around 10:00 most mornings while doing

That would be every day. She really does seem to have deep
psychological problems. I was interested to see they had a gym bearing
in mind they had Dennis Rodman in there. I was expecting huge cages
and stuff. I assume he's just rehabbing his triceps, or stretching
them for some purpose. I imagine he's on a sponsor deal with those
stretchy things, I can't see folk deserting weights in droves for
them. Also, what is he surviving on food-wise? I'd be shrinking away
by now. Well, after I'd eaten the other contestants, that is.
