Default Little info on Adwords Split... - 11-18-2004 , 01:31 AM

Google and Buy.com split revenue generated from clicks on these links. The
companies did not disclose the split. AdSense partners overall received 80
percent of ad revenue generated from the listings in the first nine months
of the year, according to Google financial filings.

....or knowledgeable contributors like John will ignore you.

Posting HTML to Usenet *IS* rude. Usenet is *not* the Internet, even
though you may think so. Usenet is text based. Most people use
text based newsreaders to read newsgroups, and *we* wont open it.
I know I skipped over the OP. I still don't know what the html says,
and could care less. I Kill filter anyone who does it twice.

The proper way to do it is to copy the text from the html page and
post as text, or just post a link to the html. Not very hard,
really. Just lazy or ignorant when you post attachments except in
the binary groups.

Think of it like talking loudly during a movie at the theatre...

....sure you can do it, and sure no one can stop you, but you're still
a jackass for it.

it's really that easy and that simple.

As do quite a lot people. Also, in quite a lot Usenet groups HTML
postings are automatically followed by a cancel message from a bot.
Newsservers that honor that cancel will remove the message containing
HTML so you reach less people.

There is rarely need for HTML. Most people who use HTML to format a
message use it to draw attention (like huge red letters, scrolling text,
etc) in the first place.

Since I (and quite a lot of other people) already don't like messages
WRITTEN ALL IN CAPS (referred to as yelling) imagine what we think of a
posting in red huge letters with blinking text...

I prefer a link, with a short summary, in case it's an HTML page. If you
need to mark up your message, some readers interpret text between ** as
bold, and between // as italics.

As you already suggested, the OP will end up being added to kill files,
often permanently. If he/she has a question in the future he/she will
get less replies.
