linkbait

This page created a linkbait page. http://www.justsayhi.com/bb/ It
is a page of pure linkbait and linkbait promotion even though it is
not connected to the theme of the site. Will this get you in trouble
with Google? If not I might consider doing something like this. They
got a hurge increase in links (1000000 +) and traffic (millions) from
this in 6 months. .... then they got nuked by google for other
reasons. . Matt Cutts says linkbait is ok. But I am concerned about
this type of linkbait promotion.

You are right to be concerned. There's thin lines between 'linkbait', spam,
and a simple waste of people's time.

I suspect you need to read MC more carefully to realise that you haven't got
it right yet.

And be warned - linking to a site that Google has 'nuked' is SEO-suicide.
