Default Link Exchange Sites - 05-09-2005 , 06:16 AM

Hi,

Been a long time since I visited the NG and thanks to all the advice we are
doing fairly well for our chosen key word in MSN and Yahoo.

However Google is still a major pain in the arse so I am looking for decent
link exchange sites where I can specify the PR of a page (same PR as ours)
to exchange links with.

Anyone got any good reccommendations?

Cheers

i typically use
:http://findtextlinks.com/findpr/sear...UTF-8&q=link%3
Awww.silverjewelleryandservices.co.uk&num=10

where the website address is (link:www.domain.com) no brackets!

this gives you the PR of pages linking to your competitors!

That is actually very useful, thanks. I was thinking more of a link
exchange site though.

I dont think theres a definative "best" LX site - if you use the technique i
outlined also using
(www.domain.com -site:www.domain.com) no brackets you'll get more
references - im sure you'll find some versatile link exchanges in there

I don't, but would be interested to hear if you find a good one. I
recently went through the process of contacting quite a few of these sites
for a client, and the responses I got back were abysmally poor -
irrelevant, spammy, or (in one case) I was given a quote that had clearly
been created for another website in a completely different industry.

We went back to press releases and reciprocal linking through industry
organisations.
