How she got 20 million visits on YouTube?

This girl got all total up about 20 million visits on from YouTube
videos (all of them combined) last year? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-Lovt_kmXM
How did she do it when I am sure she knows nothing about SEO or search
engines? Do you think she go her friends all to vote for her etc? but
it most be more than that? Her 42 homemade videos gets more than most
our websites. If that is it why not just make a Youtube video and tell
your friends about it and get millions of visits. Ps watch her video
if you want a laugh, as I think most of the people on this group are
addicted to the internet.

Regarding the above sorry about all the grammar mistakes, I am between
two languages right now. To make a long story short, I really do not
know how some of the simplest videos become viral on the internet and
result in more visits than all of our seo efforts combined.

It's all about the content. It goes to show you that the best SERP
placement doesn't matter if nobody wants to see your content, or if your
content sucks. Viral is all about getting people to think you content
is good, and telling others about it.
