keyword tools

Where can I find keyword tools for keyword research in the follow
countries ?(poland, russia, ukraina, arab world, china ?)

I already know :
overture, keyword sandbox google, miva/espotting, wordtracker
but no one of this has good informations about these countries (or so it
seems)

I can find something in generic overture

but I can't understand if the phrases that I find are typed by us
citizens in that language or no (example polish who lives in New York or
are really from poland)

Google (with adwords valuations) can provide a little information
(making some ipothesis about click ratio but seems to be not so accurate).

(note I am not sure if the Russian character set is supported)

As to where the searches are performed, that is not specified.
