Keyword Analysis?

Hello,

Is there a good website or software that I can search keyword strings to
find out how many times it has been searched over a period of time in order
to adjust my keywords to maximize traffic?

Google AdWords will let you do something like that in their program.

Google AdWords will let you do something like that in their program.
