This site www.satellitesolutions.com has about one million inbound links
(checked with Yahoo!), many of them PR6, etc. The PR for this site is "3".
I wonder why?

They have at least one PR7 link as well http://www.nukemods.com/ it
would appear they have purchased links from high PR sites (lots of
them).

Based on the number showing as backlinks in google and more
importantly Yahoo (almost a million!!) I'd say PR isn't transferring
from the links (a million backlinks doesn't happen over night so
should be higher than PR3).

To be sure check the site again after the next PR update, if it's not
gone up you can be 99% sure.
