Javascript and PR leakage

Been preventing PR leakage from a site filled with affiliate links
using javascript links like this-

<a href = "java script:void" onclick =
"window.open('http://www.---.com'); return false;"><img
src="../../Animation3.gif" alt="text"><br><br>text</a>

Looking at the latest Allinurl:domain.com for this site (can't show a
link as it's porn) the above link is kind of showing up!!

Similar pages

If googles listing it in the SERPs it's giving it a proportion of the
PR and this isn't good.

Anyone else seeing similar with their pages?
