.... I'm looking for someone who is
dependable, has a fair knowledge of the game, and is somewhat
reasonably priced. Most of my clients are realtors who have fairly
simple requirements when it comes to website design, positioning is
much more important to them.
Any suggestions? Thanks, Joe
A friend wanted to sell a house and I put up a single page advert on my web
site at
http://www.satsig.net/eskdale1.htm. Within two weeks it was in
Google and it is now high listed for several keywords as follows ...
house for sale north berwick #1
house for sale edinburgh #5
house for sale scotland #12
The house is now sold, so there is a good 'house for sale' advertisment page
'to let' so to speak - if you wanted to sell a house in that area you could
rent my page - I would need your draft text and pictures - but the actual
text and actual pictures would be firmly under my control in order to retain
really good search positioning.
My suggestion to you is that you act like a house buyer and behave like you
are trying to buy a house in your clients state-city-town-area. Go to
Google and see what comes up. Find a good one that has just been sold and
then ask if you can hire that particular page for your own use. Repeat for
all properties you want to sell. If you have your own web site re-use
pages; if you need more pages then use each occasion as an opportunity to
establish a new permanent page. Never delete a page or change .htm file
names. Avoid dynamically generated pages and always use simple htm or
html - just like my page. Make the pages really short and really fast with
skillfully edited small file size pictures
Best regards, Eric.
