Internet seems wobbly again.

It's very slow and I can't get to my webmail at Demon either. I had
trouble with the Ebay server earlier too. It feels like packets are
being lost.

Sometimes Bill reminds me of John Bailo in another newsgroup. We call it a
"Bailo moment". John has a thought and he decides to upload it to a public
