Internal links

Hello,
I remember some discussion about how useful it was to write internal links,
that is within the page.
Now, assuming that I had used the word
"Svezia" 3 times on the same page should I write a link from A to B or C or
can I create a link from A to B and another from B to C?
A <a href="#svezia-1">Svezia 1</a>

B <a id="svezia-1">Svezia</a>
Can I create a link from B to C?
