Strange ranking

Hello,
I have noticed that when I search for
"Scaiecat Spa Gigi"
www.om-italien.eu
ranks at Google on the first place
whereas
https://www.scaiecat-spa-gigi.com
did that in the past.
Any special reason for that?
I also noticed that
the site
http://www.spa-e-bra.se/spa+massage/...gigi,i270.html
classified this one-man business as one offering massage but, in fact,
it does not!
Do they have any contact adress
(post adress or telephone number)
so that I could get in touch with them an explain that?
