I'm nervous - First time optimizing my site

Can someone please take a look at my backend programming, and tell me
if I did a good job? And if I didn't, please don't hesitate to be
ruthless - I need to know if what I've done for my site works.

The site didn't used to have page titles, descriptions or keywords at
all. It was a mess. I tried my best to clean it up...How'd I do?

First of all you'd need to supply a link to the site?
Not only good for getting answers, but it might even help your
rankings ;-)

Here's a few questions to consider :

Does having two Sitemeters double the traffic?

What's that tiny green text at the bottom say?

What is this character – in your Title for? and while we are on
the subject of Titles, why do you want all the 650+ pages to start with
the same three words? Seems like a waste of real estate to me. ( get it
)
