You're talking about an RSS feed, and yes, you can add HTML elements to
the description section of a feed as far as I know.
On the other hand, to me:
<link>
http://www.stellarinfo.com/press/mic...d-recovery.htm
</link>

<description>
Stellar Information announced the immediate availability of their latest
software - Stellar Word Recovery, a file repairing application for corrupt
MS Word files. This is the Stellar’s first file repair program – the
company already has an extensive range of data recovery and protection
software. The software repairs corrupt, damaged or inoperable MS Word
files which cannot be used after instances such as virus attacks, download
corruptions, improper shutdowns, media read errors, software malfunctions
etc.
</description>
The link is in the <link></link> part, and robots *do* understand that.
Why do you want to add more links to the description part? There is no
need for it. The description goes with the previous link. IMO it's a bad
idea to turn the description (which is IMO a short summary) into a stand
alone "webpage".
