My question is that on how to increase google page rank my website is
http://www.1websitedesign.net and it has only 3 page rank despite of
having 2000 links in google when u write 1websitedesign.net
another question is that is page rank important in search engine
ranking.

Well, you have a lot of links but so what? They may well not be worth
much. A handful of quality links are worth more than hundreds of
crappy ones.

that in order to increase your page rank you need to get one way links
or even reciprocal links from websites that have a page rank of 7 or
8, it's also a more valuable link if the site is in the same niche as
yours...I found that the best way for you to get these high ranking
pages to link to you is to provide good content on your
site....another is to write articles and then submit your well written
article to article directories in hopes that a high page rank website
will pick up the article along with a back link to your site. I hope
this has been informative and of some help.... (link farms are not
good back links)

Much smarter (no pun intended), is to put those articles on /your own/
site, and try to get others to link to it. Back in 2003 it was how I got a
nice link from about.com.

So, if I had a PR9 or 10 site, they will be no good ?

Why just 7 or 8 ?

ANY site that is related to yours, has their page that your link is
on, cached. Not too many links per page, no black hat ... THEN you
will benefit.
