How can you change your listing category on DMOZ and is there any point?

I noticed a form to amend your listing, but not change its category.
I've realised there is an more appropriate category for my site (I'm
sure it wasn't there when I submitted it a few years back though)

There doesn't appear to be an editor for the category so does anyone
know how can I get it changed please?

Also, does it really matter? That is, does it get widely used by
people or is the benefit mostly that you are in there at all (from SEO
point of view)
