pictures and website navigation in google search ?

As i search some subjects i notice a window of that websites video and
navigation (underneath) included with in their website i was
wondering if anyone new how this was done> thx in advance.

You mean can it be made to happen by the web sites in question? Not to
my knowledge, it's a very new thing and I wouldn't know how to force
it to happen.
