Google Updating Daily

After the recent problem of google not spidering, I've now found that
the index is changing on a daily basis (certainly over the last 3
days).

I've been running checks against all the datacenters, for the last few
days and have found the the results below for my site (only a 3 day
sample).

The number of backlinks and indexed pages has remained constant
throughout (now settled at just over 800 indexed pages and 60 back
links).

The average position has gradually got better, although I suppose over
the next 3 days it could get worse.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour, is google now constantly dancing?

I have stopped checking rankings daily, but concentrating on looking
at the DC's

I have noticed that DCs :

64.233.167.99
64.233.167.104
64.233.167.147

are the ones that are "different" than the rest. These have been
showing [what I call] correct results. Or rather, the results I had
before the cock up.

For the last week I have noticed DC 64.233.179.99 has appeared showing
the same results. I was then expecting to see it migrate to the other
DC's but so far no change.

In a way. For the KWs I am observing it is +/- 2 positions on almost daily
basis. Some are rock solid, but most oscillate.
