Google updating caches

I wonder why Google displays a cache version of the page
https://www.scaiecat-spa-gigi.com/It/svezia.html
where different passages have different styles if
the date which is shown at the end of the page shows that it should have
been an older version.
I do not remember having styled the passages this way at that time...
