Google site search without some specific site

If I want to find all web site end with .uk, but not include .gov.uk,
..edu.uk, Can Google search be set up for this?

Note that inurl:".uk" doesn't work, hence uk.yahoo.com is included. Maybe
a better option:

inurl:whatyouwant.uk

the . in .uk is ignored, like I said, and hence you get uk.yahoo.com
and the + in front of allinurl does something very funny, check it out :-)
