Can anyone tell me how come google sometimes shows within a given
result several links to other pages from the same site (at the bottom
of the result info), like clustered results of the same site, while in
other cases the results for each page apear separately. How can I make
this "cluster" happen for my site?

That usually indicates prominence of relevance. That there is depth within
that site for the keyphrase search query. It's like a bonus.

The clustered pages that you are speaking of occurs when several pages of
the same domain rank the same. Sometimes when they do not rank the same they
will show up later in the index. Different # of results per page will also
change these results. Say you look at 100 results per page instead of 10,
etc. So each person can see them differently depending on their amount of
results they have their settings on.
