Google: Pages from Australia problem

Can anyone give me a hand on the problem I got?
I have a .com.au domain, but my hosting is in US, everytime when I try
to search from Google for "pages from Australia" I can't get my site in
the search results. But I find some other site they can appear as a
search result of "pages from Australia", but actually they are not
hosting within Australia (I checked).
Did anyone know how to make Google list your site under "pages from
Australia" ???
