Not really, because any new update can be handled differently from the
previous ones.

Google PR updates constantly, always calculating the "value" of your
back links. Every few months or so, they send the simplivied version
(rank 0-10) "updated results" to all the Google tool bars and that's
what we see as "updates".

It happens across all data centers, not at the same time, but probably
within the same week because it takes some time for its
hundreds/thousands of data centers to get synchronized. By what I
understand, it will happen sometime this coming weekend.
