Hah, good point Borek. However if it is the only parameter then a PR5
site should rank above a PR4 site. :-)

Would I pay an SEO firm for increasing toolbar my PR from 4 to 5, no.
Difficult to measure if they did this or if I was already heading for
this new ranking due to the PR updates being very slow and I would also
be worried they were doing some black hat stuff to get these increases
that will backfire on me.
