I've just updated the Google Page Rank 10 list at my website..

I am looking out to put more websites those are currently google page
rank 10.

Also, I am trying to find the reasons those are responsible to get a

More frequent spidering is not proportional to page rank, it's a matter of
how frequently the site normally updates.

Once a quality site has gained a reputation for being updated a lot, it will
get spidered a lot - many news sites and blogs get that with a page rank of
3 or 4.

But try not to obsess over page rank; it is one of 200+ factors considered
by Google,and what you see and what you avidly copy, is already 3 months+
out of date.

What matters is being found for appropriate terms, and good old fashioned
ROI

Well, do you think I will not correct it.. Any way how did you say it
was spammy???? You mean to say using repeated "Search Engine
Marketing" at all the anchor text is spam? Can you show me that is
spam written anywhere by anyone?

Is that text actually misguiding the viewer? No

This was a problem with my developer. I have this site live for the
last 4 years. Since the time I started with SEO....

Well now tell me if I suddenly change all the anchor text. Will that
not effect the rankings?

I know it looks really foolish to have those real-long anchor texts
out there. But, I cannot immeadiately change that as I really do not
know how that will effect the rankings.

It loooks tedious thought it is not a spam, what ever is there on the
website is clearly seen to you all.. It would be a spam only if I
misguide you viewers :-)

Plus .. it will need me to spend a day or two behind correcting that
code.. I did not code that entirely. I hired a starter to do that..
Now.. it is a long while I have been coding.. it's very painful and
there's very less time with me.. here.....
