Google not following links

It might not have been able to follow links from your home page or
else it decided your site wasn't important enough to index fully. Get
more incoming inks from sites related to yours and you should be ok.

rewrite your URLs.

You should consider maybe making an alternative website
structure which does not have all links placed on the same page.
