Yep, it looks as though I'm going to get rid of the 'door factory' index
page, and replace it with a more organised and professional site index. Then
maybe I can procure the all important backlinks and will perhaps have a
chance of getting through Google's spam website filtration (The Google
discussion group guys seem to think this is the problem too).

Everything helps, but most important is backlinks!

You should consider maybe making an alternative website
structure which does not have all links placed on the same page.
