Google Not Displaying CACHED and SIMILAR PAGE links

I am using:

WinXP with latest and crappiest, er greatest updates.
Mozilla Firefox 1.5

When doing a search with Google, I do not get the links allowing me to
view/display the CACHED and SIMILAR PAGEs.

I do have the Google toolbar for Mozilla installed. Is there an option
there I am missing?

I just checked my site, so it seems to be working okay. (Thinking it
was in the process of testing or being fixed like site: operator)
