Google does not index pages linked from a page that is indexed!

Hello,

I wonder if this is usual or if there is a problem:
I have a page containing a few links to other links of
mine. I often update this page (almost every day),
but the links remain the same.

Result: I can see that Google updates daily the cache
of my page, but never adds the linked pages!!!

This is strange to me.
Is it normal?
Are there problems with the linked pages?
(However, these links are quite new, say 10 days).

Typically a deep crawl happens once a month, and it takes 2-3 months
before you start to see any traffic from the time your page(s) gets
indexed by google.
