google card declined

Hi - is there a problem with Google Adwords?

It is declining my credit cards like mad and so I cannot update the billing entries.

Has anyone got a non - freephone number (international number) for their support as they are also not answering the support emails.

I've been lucky so far - they have returned e-mails in about 24 hours, and
it was not even billing-related. I would imagine that they would make
billing inquiries a higher priority 'cause that's their money.
