Does anyone know whether about.asp is okay to use as a homepage

yes it is okay. But it would be better if all your pages pointed to
www.example.com rather than
www.example.com/index.asp

The reason I ask is that every few weeks a site I am working on drops
off Google. The domain is still cached i.e. www.sika-sol.co.uk but
their home page www.sika-sol.co.uk/about.asp is not.
This has gone on now for about 3-4 months.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
John. |
