Default Free web hosting Exchange - 06-04-2004 , 04:11 PM

Hello,

OK, the more I look into SEO the more I see the difficulties within my
sector and the more I realise that companies just work the system to get the
best position. Well, I know I am up against it, but I am ever the optimist
and have come up with a new plan of action. I will provide free hosting
upto 50GB bandwidth per month and 1GB disk space per site for any PR 6 and
above web sites who will provide links back to my site.

I want to optimise my pages for the term 'web site hosting' and 'uk web
hosting' as these are very popular phrases, well the first is but the second
is less contested and so easier to attain higher rankings.

If you would like to have free hosting for your site and you can provide me
with PR 6 and above links then please contact me via this online form
http://www.hosting.fast-trak.net/contact.html

If you offer SEO, know what you are doing, would like the same free hosting
and can improve my pages PR and backlinks, please contact me via the same
link for the same deal.

Just so you know. We are not a small company but conversely we are not a
major player. We host many UK government and local government web sites and
have been doing so since 1996, its just we have always relied on word of
mouth to attain new business and have come to the party late as it was. Now
we would like to even the keel a little and be back at the top. Hopefully
we can work together and achieve a symbiotic relationship that will benefit
and make us all stronger and more competitive.

Any questions, please fell free to ask.

Had a look at the code of any? I remember the site giving advice on
accessibility was itself a textbook model of what not to do. Years
ago, mind.

If you mean the UK government, government departments (NHS etc) and local
councils then you are absolutely correct. According to the office of the
e-envoy all government web sites should conform to Bobby compliancy but in
practice this is seldom the case. Things will now start to change with the
RNIB now actively taking companies to court over accessibility which should
improve the web sites in the UK and 508 compliancy should do a similar thing
within the US. Well we can but hope.

Shame they never did any blind tests on them.
